Soon, women across the village started observing the Varalakshmi Vratham, believing in its power to bring blessings and prosperity to their families.

And so, the tradition of Varalakshmi Vratham was born—a celebration of devotion, family values, and the hope for a prosperous and harmonious life. Every year, married women perform the rituals with great fervor, seeking the blessings of Goddess Varalakshmi for the happiness and well-being of their loved ones.

Meaning: One who is sitting in the lotus, holding lotuses, one who is prayed by the entire universe, One Who is very dear to Lord Narayana, Please always be benevolent to me.
